The space
Ours is a modern new cottage ( built 2023) on beautiful spring-fed Baylake ( natural shoreline with beach and clean waters is just 45 ft from house). Property has 4 big size bedroom and three full washroom with hot and cold standing rain showers, living and dining with cathedral and high ceilings and modern gourmet kitchen with beautiful Island and full list of appliances for guest conveniences. Guest access
Walkout basement space is as big as the main floor house. Guests can use the walkout basement space if required or just use it as another access to lake and grass lawn.

As a bonus, guests can explore over 30 acres of Northwood beach Estate wilderness that guests have access to. Just Joy Cottage is a new built 5 bedroom, 4.5 washroom Cottage with all the modern amenities to charm & comfort our guests. The space Our cottage is one a kind on a big and beautiful lake. Sunrises are spectacular and the cottage is very private. There are 5 large size bedrooms and four bedrooms have full ensuites. Three bedroom have full lakeviews.   Huge living and dining space with vaulted ceiling, fireplace, 75" UHD television with netflix, amazon prime and other streaming media.   Lakefront is just a few steps away with a big dock.   Watercrafts are allowed on the lake and guests can enjoy our complimentary kayaks & pedal boat (adult PFD's are provided) anytime they wish.   Beach area offers soft sand with a volleyball court for those friendly beach games. Firepit with Muskoka chairs is an added attraction. Other things to note Even though we have filtered lake water, suggest guests to bring your own drinking water for their satisfaction.
